The sixth Nordic Conference on Mathematics Education, NORMA 11, will be held in Iceland May 11th – 14th 2011. The conference is hosted by the School of Education at the University of Iceland and organised in collaboration with NoRME - the Nordic Society for Research in Mathematics Education. NoRME is open for membership from national societies for research in mathematics education in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

The conference will give Nordic and Baltic researchers in mathematics education rich opportunities to introduce and discuss their research. The conference is a also forum for discussions and constructive meetings of researchers, teachers, teacher educators, graduate students and others interested in research on mathematics education in the Nordic context.
The official language of the conference is English.
